Dalaman Airport is the airport most visitors fly into when travelling to Fethiye. To get from the airport to Fethiye town centre you have four main options: the airport shuttle buses (Havaş and MUTTAŞ), a taxi, a pre-booked transfer or a hire car. This guide explains how each one works, where to check up-to-date information and how to reach your accommodation in the centre once you arrive. Option 1: Airport shuttle bus (Havaş and MUTTAŞ)

According to Dalaman Airport's official website, two operators run services in both directions between the airport and Fethiye: Havaş and MUTTAŞ, the transport company of Muğla Metropolitan Municipality. On the route published by the airport, the Havaş Fethiye line runs from Fethiye Bus Station via Adnan Menderes Boulevard, Günlükbaşı, Göcek and Dalaman to the airport.

MUTTAŞ's Fethiye Bus Station – Dalaman Airport line also runs between Fethiye Bus Station (otogar) and the airport, picking up passengers at stops such as Günlükbaşı, the Çalış junction and Göcek. According to the notes on MUTTAŞ's timetable page (October 2026):

• Departures from the airport to Fethiye are timed around aircraft landing times, and the buses meet domestic arrivals.
• No reservations or advance tickets are sold for this line.
• Credit cards are accepted on board.

If you are arriving on an international flight, check before you travel whether there is a service that suits your landing time. The shuttles drop you at Fethiye Bus Station or at stops along the route, so you may need a short onward connection to your accommodation. Option 2: Taxi

According to the airport's official information, the taxi service at the terminal is provided by the Dalaman Airport Taxi Cooperative. Its contact details are listed on the airport's taxi page, so you can get in touch in advance and arrange your car if you prefer.

A taxi is the most direct door-to-door option if you land late at night, have a lot of luggage or are travelling with children. Fares can vary with the route and time of day, so we recommend agreeing the fare before you set off.

Option 3: Pre-booked transfer

Private transfer services meet you at the airport based on your flight details and take you straight to your accommodation. When booking, get the following confirmed in writing:

• The meeting point and who will meet you
• What happens if your flight is delayed
• What is included in the price (luggage, child seat, waiting time)
• When and how payment is made

Option 4: Car hire

According to Dalaman Airport's official website, the car rental offices are on the arrivals floor of the terminal and the service is available 24 hours a day. A car gives you flexibility if you are planning day trips around Fethiye.
